Immersion Heating Design Specialist

I have been in the process immersion heater business since 1976. Over the years, I’ve designed numerous complex heating systems, including Hot Oil Reflow Systems, Industrial Ovens, and Control Systems.

Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of working with major companies such as Crown City Plating, Boeing, Memorex, Lockheed Martin, Superior Industries, Nordam, Northrup Grumman, Hill Air Force Base, and Titan.

My father founded Pro-he-co Manufacturing in 1962, which later became known as Proheatco. He also served as president of the Industrial Heating Equipment Association. Sadly, he retired and passed away in 1994, but his passion and knowledge of process plating live on through me.

I take great pride in my engineering accomplishments. Over the years, I’ve built tens of thousands of heaters and developed custom applications, including installing entire plating shops with process tanks made from steel, stainless steel, and polypropylene. I also designed all the temperature control systems and data logging systems to a computer.

The only thing that has changed is my location. I now reside in the beautiful state of Idaho, where the manufacturing process has never been better.
