Single or Dual Set Point Thermostat
Achieve precise control of most aqueous chemistries with our advanced thermostats. Each unit includes a 10-foot FEP fluoropolymer-covered 100-ohm RTD sensor (consult factory for other options). Our thermostats support an input range of 85-260 VAC and feature a primary switch rated at 5A, 120V. If specified, a secondary cooling switch rated at 3A, 120V is also available. The dual display shows both the actual temperature and set point temperature with an accuracy of +/- .2% full scale and a display resolution of 1° F. With a response time of just .5 seconds and an ambient temperature range of 32° – 122° F, our thermostats are designed to perform in demanding environments. Available in a 1/16 DIN size with an IP 54 rating, these units can also come with a 120V, 10A SSR in a plastic enclosure for higher heater loads.

Combo Controls
Our combo controls offer switching capacities of 40 A, 80 A, and 150 A. Each control box is made from PP for excellent corrosion resistance. A conductivity probe level control is included (note: the conductivity probe device must be purchased separately). Additionally, a high-temperature audible alarm with a locking relay and push reset is standard, which requires the customer to wire the Thermal Protector that is built into the heater to be wired into the combo control in order for the heater thermal protection to work. Consult the factory for additional options to meet your specific needs.
Branch Fusing
For optimal safety, we highly recommend branch fusing to individual heaters. Please consult our factory for expert guidance and recommendations.
