Kyle Faulman joined the HeaterTek team in April 2024 as the National Sales Manager. Kyle travels throughout the United States, spending time with customers to address heater needs and provide technical support. If you are looking for Heatertek products or would like to set up a visit, just let him know!
In the previous 30 years, Kyle worked in plating rack engineering, manufacturing, and sales. Kyle has lived in middle Tennessee for the last 22 years. Kyle has been married for 36+ years and has three children and four grandchildren.
Dan Ryan
Dan is a former Navy vet and a native Ohioan. Dan was a customer service representative for nearly 16 years prior to joining Heater Tek and quickly became known in the industry as a trusted and valuable supplier. Now with nearly 20 years in industrial sales, Dan brings his heater expertise to Heater Tek customers. Dan, his wife of 17 years, two sons, and two dogs still reside in Ohio. Dan’s hobbies include vast music and film collections, collecting Funko Pops & Star Wars memorabilia, and sharing his love of sports and pro wrestling with his boys.
Skip Shaeffer
Skip Schaefer, lovingly known as Mr. Heater, is a former Army veteran. In 1971 he joined his father’s heater company, Pro-he-co, and has been in the heating business ever since. He is not retired yet because, as he says, “I absolutely love what I do”. Skip prides himself in designing the best built, high-performance heaters in the industry, with the goal of delivering a safe, reliable product every time. If you can’t find what you need online, Skip can help you with a custom design. His past experiences also include Hot Oil Reflow Systems, Industrial Ovens, Process Tanks, Evaporation Tanks, and Liquid Level Control Systems.
Jacob Waltman
Jakob earned his BS in Engineering degree from Northwest Nazarene University in 2024. During his time at NNU, he was involved in multiple projects including RockSat-X and OrBot. OrBot is a research project from the Robotics Vision Lab of Northwest Nazarene University that is developing an autonomous orchard harvesting robot. As the electrical lead on the project, he designed and implemented the robot’s microcontroller control system and made improvements to the existing apple detection system software. He joined HeaterTek in Fall of 2024 and is responsible for heater and control system design. During his free time, he enjoys hunting and playing Warhammer 40K, a tabletop miniature wargame.
Caleb Brock
Caleb Brack is the General Manager of Heatertek, a role he has earned through dedication and hands-on experience with the company since its founding. With his extensive company knowledge, leadership experience, and commitment to excellence, Caleb continues to guide Heatertek with a focus on quality, teamwork, and customer satisfaction.
A lifelong resident of southern Indiana, Caleb is proud to call this region home and remains deeply connected to the local community. Outside of work, he is a passionate sports fan, faithfully cheering for Duke Blue Devils basketball, the Miami Dolphins, and the St. Louis Cardinals.
Steve Smith
Steve has spent a lifetime in the metal finishing industry. His first position was with a distributor of heaters, pumps, and filters. After that, he was a vice president of sales and marketing with an immersion heater manufacturer for nearly 25 years, helping to expand international markets and industries. From there, Steve went on to selling power supplies to metal finishing. Today, Steve brings over 40 years of metal finishing expertise to the table. In his spare time, he and his wife love to travel. Steve has visited over 85 countries and counting!
