Its not that these cards are bad

It would make more sense to have more tutors for artifacts in decks instead, since a tutor for artifacts can search for both Vehicles as well as other types of artifacts (hint: Boommobile can combo off with two other artifacts Cogwork Assembler and Panharmonicon)

Omnath wont likely see much Limited play but watch out for the Elemental lord in Constructed

This card is an iteration of Ragavan, Nimble Pilferer , a legendary creature that, whenever it deals combat damage, creates a treasure token and exiles the top card from your opponent's library, allowing you to play it until the end of your turn

This extended goal can be quite frustrating for your opponent but wont affect you at all
