My goal with Sultai was to make Mono Red match up reasonable without hurting others

Most of these picks will be for Standard as that is what Standard set releases tend to impact the most, but there are a couple here that are more suited for older formats

You could probably also use them in some kind of custom Archenemy format, but thats getting deep into homebrew territory
