In my opinion, this is an above average EX Pokemon card from the Primal Clash set, and one that I recommend using in either a spread damage or darkness type deck

You only need to spend some of your real world money on it, because TCG Pocket wouldn't be a mobile game if there weren't microtransactions - but we'll get to those later
