You don't want to be playing things like equipment when you are light on things to put them on

I normally like to do a Venn Diagram segment when comparing two commanders with the same colors - in this case, comparing Tasigur's Top and Signature Cards to Muldrotha's Top and Signature Cards - to see what cards overlap

What everyone else said is right -- you have to have the name, mana cost, and P/T (if it's a creature) visible

That said, ramping and aggressive strategies dont usually go hand in hand, but having extra mana is always useful for casting bigger threats
