When you copy a spell with storm (or any other mechanic), youre not casting more copies of the card youre just using the ability to put more copies of the single spell onto the stack

The ability to constantly get back artifacts and enchantments is excellent, as it offers you a way to get back cards that are blown up or to repeatedly benefit from sacrifice effects like Executioner's Capsule or Seal of Cleansing

I probably shouldn't have gotten my hopes up but I was pretty excited for this set when Wizards first announced it
