Use this card to flicker something like Agent of Treachery repeatedly with cheap spells, and your opponents boards will be so bare youll have to resort to stealing their lands (or you can do that first depending on how mean you want to be)

I can also see Empyial Storm doing great work in a Boros deck such as Bruse Tarl, Boorish Herder plus whatever, as the angels benefit greatly from haste (Anger) and can get silly with a Warstorm Surge out

The only rival may be the Neo era holographic cards or the modern Alternate Arts, which we'll cover in a later installment but these Full Arts were some of the most influential cards in this history of the TCG and make these two eras criminally underrated.
