Blue is my favorite color to play in Magic, and even though creatures arent usually at the forefront of blue decks, it still has some of the most powerful creatures in the game

We also have a few graveyard synergies since we're discarding so many cards: Squee, Goblin Nabob is "free" discard, Anger wants to be in the graveyard, Scavenged Brawler can be activated from the graveyard, and Increasing Vengeance can be cast from there

For less flexibility (Ancient Grudge, Ray of Revelation, Divine Offering) you tend to get card advantage or some other upside
