This would usually be enough to find Pandemonium and some combination of Phyrexian Dreadnought and Reanimate, plus the mana to play them And a Final Fortune might end the game before the opponent has even taken a turn(!)
To put it more succinctly, its possible to build a deck that exploits mulligans and performs better after taking mulligans
