I didnt think too much of Rekindling Phoenix when I first read the card, but I think that was mostly my biases towards the previous Phoenix cards that havent panned out in Standard

The point here is to take a couple extra steps to protect the card, but not to make it too much of a chore for the recipient to get to the card
