There are a few decks you can use for that purpose, and one of the stronger ones is the Dragonite and Zebstrika deck

While Compleated Sage is the only card we've seen this mechanic on so far, with the way the story is leading up to a big conflict with the Phyrexians, it likely won't be the last
Not quite a repeatable board wipe, but it does remove a ton of cards from both the battlefield and your opponents hands, leaving them inaccessible in their graveyards until the final chapter on the Saga puts them all onto the battlefield under your control
It is functionally a Mind Twist with X=2 costed at BB instead of 2B
