Professor Chaos is a New England IPA where the entire hop bill has been added during fermentation to really crank up the juice factor

herbaceous notes that we’re trying to minimise in this style of beer

we strip the beer of all yeast and whirlpool hop residue using our state-of-the-art centrifuge before returning the beer back to the fermenter in order to load it up with the entire dry hop bill in one KO hit

we can add the dry hop in immediately before packaging

but this is in memory of Lucille Bluth - may she never have to worry about her morning vodka on the rocks with a side of toast again
