While the exact contents can change from set to set, you can typically expect: Multiple rares or mythic rares (often more than five) A large portion of foil cards (usually around a dozen or more) Special frame treatments like borderless planeswalkers or alternate showcase designs Sometimes exclusive cards or art variants that you wont see in Draft or Set Boosters In sets like Ikoria: Lair of Behemoths, for instance, Collector Boosters featured those Godzilla-themed cards that were impossible to find elsewhere
There are also some much-needed reprints from non-Standard sets like Modern Horizons - a true powerhouse of a set, but one that we just need more of when you consider the power level of so many of the cards and how obnoxiously expensive many of them have become as a result
