The basic mono-colored ones and their new card upgrades are given to you as you complete the Color Challenges, and then you unlock the dual-colored starter decks by completing daily quests, daily/weekly wins, and leveling up
That goes very well with cards like Laelia, the Blade Reforged, or Prosper, Tome-Bound if youre branching into other colors
New Cards White Angel of Indemnity is a bit pricey at six mana, but it packs a fair amount of value
