While not quite as good as Virus Beetle was, exiling the opponents card is a nice touch to avoid triggering descend cards

"Comic Cat" is the secondary starter that can tribute a monster on the field (including itself) to Special Summon a Toon monster from the hand or Deck, ignoring its Summoning conditions as a Quick Effect
