What does Forgeborn Oreads do

He can control and emit deadly forms of radiation, so it makes sense that if attacked, he can simply emit a ton of radiation to poison opponents

With cards like [c]Heritage Druid[/c], [c]Nettle Sentinel[/c], and [c]Priest of Titania[/c], you can generate loads of mana in a single turn, drawing cards after every creature you play thanks to Glimpse of Nature, and then playing the cards you draw as well

Enter Invoke Despair, which does quite a bit for its mana value (the four black pips notwithstanding)

I'm always excited to see cards that help strategies like burn and aggro scale better in Commander, so I'm definitely going to be on the lookout for cool decks built around this commander
