They basically have the same effect as actions, but when you play them on a corresponding character, they sometimes have a stronger effect, and most importantly, a lower cost
I know it exists, I know of the memes that have come out of it, but I have not read or watched the full series to completion (blasphemous, I know.) As such, please do understand that my review of these decks will not be considering the canon/lore-specific aspects of these characters, and rather focus on a holistic analysis of the decks according to the framework we here at Tap & Sac have been using for our EDH deck reviews
