Your opponents will often play carefully against you, but typically a deceive adding a creature on their turn means you'll have an unblocked attacker on an alpha the following turn, and dreadful + unblocked attacker, especially if flipping from level 3 to level 4 of the ring is a LOT of damage out of nowhere (see screenshot earlier in article)
Then, together, they form something closer to a piece of framed art than a Pokmon card set
The card is super bad because if you win, your opponent can ante another card to prevent that, while you cant prevent it
They're the steady-state foundation of a binder strong in count, gentle on price, and frequently the only printing of less-marquee Pokemon in their respective sets
