Cask No. 85.82 16 – 20 years The reduced nose hints atThe gorgeous initial nose was full of mentholated, aromatic sherry styles: lots of eucalyptus, dried mint, damp rolling tobacco, fennel seed, tea tree oil and figs poached in armagnac sumptuous and hugely enticing. Water brought roasted peanuts, Serrano ham, cranberry gravy, wintergreen and heather flowers. The palate was feisty, with pink peppercorns, superbly sweet minty notes, wild herbs, gingerbread, treacle, and camphor and menthol balm. With
