These have the Eversharp name on the front of the cap and the Big E on the clip. Turn them around and they have the Parker Elipse Arrow and name on the back of the cap. The actuation is via a clicker on top of the cap and the top of the clip. The clicker makes the refill point go out and pressing on the top of the clip makes the refill retract. The refill has long since dried out. The refill is of the same ilk
