The boost this offers for the casting cost and the equip cost is pretty reasonable, as paying one more to give something new Haste and +1/+0 will feel pretty good sometimes, especially in a set where theres an Equipment archetype

The advantages of this card here are twofold

Whenever another permanent you control is put into a graveyard from the battlefield, if it had one or more counters on it, you may put that number of +1/+1 counters on target creature

While it can sometimes feel like adding graveyard hate eats into your fun cards, or your ramp/draw, it doesnt have to be that way
