I haven't been following Standard closely since rotation, but I can definitely see this card coming in handy in many matchups due to its versatility

For Mirror Box, that rule is the legendary rule that says you're only allowed one copy of a legendary creature card on your battlefield at the same time

RED Hearth Elemental I like this more than Invasion of Mercadia since you can cast it while hellbent and draw two, giving it some nice playability in decks that dump their hand quickly

In the rare cases that Ive seen this card in Commander, its usually been played with something like Nyxbloom Ancient to create a ridiculous amount of mana that almost invariably wins the game on the spot

In Commander, these cards must be removed as soon as possible
