Cask No. 13.100 Sweet fruity & mellow pastry cream horns and appleA joyous amalgamation of raspberries, fudge and shortbread merged with cinnamon butter melting over toasted oak and warm hazelnuts, finished with a drizzle of honey and rapeseed oil. The palate did not disappoint as toffee, butterscotch and cherry syrup mixed with marzipan on fruitcake packed with sultanas, ginger and nutmeg.
