Crafted in La Manzanilla de la Paz at 2,000 meters elevation, it yields just 700 liters a year and features distinctive notes of aged gouda, tropical fruit, and fermented butter. Nose: Highly distinctive and savory. Yields aromas of aged Gouda, fermented butter, and barnyard notes, layered with tropical citrus and herbs.
