Casa Castillo Monastrell Ecologico Sparkling the plants are 90 yearsCasa Castillo Monastrell is a blend of 60% Monastrell, 20% Garnacha and 20% Syrah, partly (up to 35% of them) from vines on the valley floor, where there's a higher content in silt. The destemmed grapes fermented in stainless steel with indigenous yeasts, and the wine matured in 5,000 liter oak foudres and 500 liter oak barrels for 12 months.
