The sequins have a lustre to them that you dont see with modern mylar sequins they are highly reflective. This 1930s sequinned jacket has a wide shawl collar, 3 4 length sleeves, rounded cutaway opening and no closures except for two ties you secure the piece under the bust by tying the ties together (see photos).
