Framed 18th Century Silk Embroidery w Cornucopia & Flowers button Condition: This piece is inThis framed 18th century silk embroidery features a symmetrical design with two metallic thread cornucopias overflowing with vibrant florals, including striped roses, morning glories, carnations, and daisies. The embroidery is stitched in silk floss and chenille on a watered moir silk ground, a hallmark of 18th century silk embroidery crafted in England or early America around 17801810. The metallic thread cornucopias and finely shaded flowers
