All hats have the criss cross pattern in the back for different ponytail styles (high, low, etc.), except the black on white hats and the black marble hats (these hats have two slits one for a high ponytail and one for low). They're great for throwing on when you're in a pinch and can't fix your hair or if you're going for a cute casual look.
