There is a single bird at one side. The piece has a circular border typical of Chinese cloisonn, which consists of a number of inverted clover shaped motifs known as Ruyies, the Ruyie being the Chinese Imperial symbol. Im unsure of its age, but Etsy forces us to choose a decade, and my best guess
