Rum V.S.O.J. (2025) Type_Bock - Eisbock here it isThe Cruzan Rum casks we used have only seen one liquid before housing this extra sweet Straight Jacket rum. Because the barrels are used once, and for only one year, theres about three times as much oak available to the beer as youd expect from even the youngest bourbon barrels. Not content with that alone for this entry to the Twenty Ten Variant Collection, we threw some supplementary oak into each barrel to assist with drying out the heady
