單一葡萄園座落於海拔280公尺的丘陵，面朝西南表層為砂質土，底下富含石塊與砂岩，50歲老藤，依葡萄品種分別採收，置於控溫的不銹鋼槽內進行發酵，採用淋汁方式萃取，後轉至大型橡木桶發酵，新桶比例約40%，窖藏約15個月，裝瓶後再進行一年的瓶中熟成才出廠。
使用新鮮剛壓榨的夏多內葡萄汁，混合使用布根地葡萄製成的白蘭地Marc de Bourgogne以中止發酵，再換到舊橡木桶中培養24個月。保留果實天然的香氣與糖度。
