Articulated Silver Swordfish, c.1940 Retro / Vintage The Venus of Capua isA fine articulated of silver swordfish of good proportions, c. 1940 50. Spanish. Spanish silver pentagram hallmark to one fin (. 915 silver) and maker's hallmark to the other. For use as a letter opener, note spike or simply as a desk ornament. The fish is finely made with excellent attention to detail throughout, boasting two green cabochon eyes. The articulation is in perfect working order. A fantastic thing.
