Holster fits a S&W 4" or K frame revolver up to 4" and is Left hand draw. In photo is a Model 19. Holster is plain brown leather, white stitched and suede lined. Holster can be worn strong side on a belt up to 2 1 4" or Cross Draw on a belt up to 1 3 4". Thumb break is steel reinforced and holster has sight protector. Very similar in design to the Bianchi 5BHL only
