Suenen C & C Grand Cru Blanc de Blancs Extra Brut Champagne NV (2020) 2015 which the Boissons feel givesThis blanc de blancs blend of Grand Crus Cramant and Chouilly has always been a stunner from the ever expanding legend that is Aurlian Suenen. His Oiry bottling has a tension that may be more appealing to some, but I find the C & C to be just about perfect every vintage. The 2018 base is the best I've tasted. Rich yet salty. Light yet dense. Crystalline yet brioche ey.
