Vintage 1940s Fascinator Floral Tilt Hat Rose Flower Bouquet with Net Veil women’s vintage clothing It has a pocket builtThis is a fabulous floral tilt hat, or, to use a more recent term, fascinator. I believe that it dates to the 1940s. The skull cap is made of millinery buckram and is loaded with silk flowers, mostly roses, of all types. The flowers are in tones of red, pink and white with some greenery. It has a net face veil. It should fit a range of sizes, there are two small combs presently affixed to the interior of the cap, but it may be helpful to be secured to
