Silver hydrangea leaf earrings with tanzanite, handmade eco friendly fine silver jewelry-OOAK garnet_earrings I recreated them in pureBright shiny silver Hydrangea leaves topped with sparkling lavender tanzanite and a carved vesuvianite leaf. I picked the Hydrangea leaves in early spring to get them in this mini size. I chose the lovely tanzanite to mimic the color of the hydrangea. Made by painting 10 to 15 layers of silver paste to the back side of the leaves, then they are fired in a kiln, the leaf burns away, leaving a pure silver leaf. The gemstones are on handmade headpins
