The ramp is good enough, half the card draw is monarchy which doesn't stack well since becoming the monarch when you already are doesn't get you another card
The background of this card is also black and white, blending together to form those perfect grayish hues
You get the actual image, in its actual colors
Amber/Emerald has a host of cards that allow you to search for characters off the top of the deck, along with six draw actions
