Bordeaux: Chateau Sicot Rouge Organic 13% 75cl cream liquer perfumed notes of violet andFrom the terrific 2020 vintage, this richly fruited Bordeaux is based on Merlot (67%) topped up by Cabernet Sauvignon with a little Cabernet Franc and Malbec. Concentrated cassis and blackberry fruit are lifted by a nose of violets and underlined by pepper and cocoa spice. Round and supple, it has a fine texture that will develop further in bottle.
