viZion Size:14 x 30 my self criticismAs I began my healing process, my perception and viZion of things began to change. Practicing emotional freedom technique (EFT), I was able to let go of old belief systems, or better said, they let go of me. It was exciting to see things through a new perspective. Out with the old, in with the new!
