The bluing on the pocketed butt cap shows some minor handling marks, probably from the owner of this rod displaying it in a rod rack. A classic Jim Payne rod from the early 60's sold by Payne's Highland Mills shop, as there is no A&F stamp on the butt cap. A rare and highly collectible piece of
