The design depicts a female clown with a ruffled collar and bent knee pose, incorporating two cigar rests integrated into the ashtray form. The underside retains a felt backing. Wear is present consistent with age and use. There is a dent to the front right area of the metal shell, and the metal finish is worn through on the right side of the ashtray.
