Pearls are formed from a tiny piece of grit that is coated with layer upon layer of nacre inside an oyster

or as part of a display featuring dried natural foliage

Short Mug (Cobalt Stripe) Prints Large 70mm diameterShort mug, wheel thrown in white stoneware clay, with a pulled handle. Glazed with a gloss transparent interior, with a matte exterior. Approx 7cm tall, 8cm diameter, 250ml. Dishwasher safe & microwave safe, but please handle with care. Every item is individually made by hand in small batches using natural materials so there may be subtle variation in size, shape and glaze finish from piece to piece.
