Each frozen dough ball weighs between 220 240g and theyre posted in ice cooled thermal packaging, to ensure they arrive in great condition, either defrost in the fridge and use within 3 days, or freeze for later. Defrosting time is around 5 hours at room temperature. Each dough ball will make a 12 pizza. Please note, these
