Tishanas Tidebinder is a great addition to our Merfolk Tribal since it is a low mana cost Merfolk, that can ETB at instant speed and counter up to one target ativated or triggered ability, while at the same time it shuts down the source (artifact, creature and planeswalker type) of that ability as long as it remains on the battlefield
Once again, this card looks primarily like an EDH build-around, but a great one at that
