Four mana isnt a ton and makes this more efficient than most of the other tutors unless youre specifically looking for a 1- or 2-mana spell, and even then, its on par with Chord and Finale

Sapphire Steel is built around the Hero synergy, one I actually think has potential, but more in the Amber Steel deck

You can even play it for a small amount of mana to chump block and just use it as a mana dork

In the combo era this was a mainstay but sees basically no play any more with tutor effects being far less in demand, particularly those that incur card disadvantage

That being said, Fiery Impulse isn't quite enough gravy and could do with a jump to four damage to become enticing
