With Expressive Iteration being in so many decks and reaching all 4 copies even in a format like Vintage, I hear a lot of players saying the card is too good in both Modern and Legacy, comparing it essentially to Treasure Cruise and Dig Through Time, which both formats have seen and banned

While there are a few Paleozoic Extra Deck Monsters that Paleozoic Traps can be used as material for, this archetype is at its best when you add other Water Monsters to the Extra Deck
Drifloon is an amazing attacker because of its ability to make use of damage counters, but it will never be evolved in a normal match because the decks that use it rarely play its evolution
That might mean a deck with lots of black and blue spells, if those are the ones you happen to find in anime versions, or a green token strategy if there are enough anime-inspired cards in that color
