Here is the method: Gather your tools: 6 rolls of tulle (each roll is usually 25 yards)- You can use as many colors as you like, I prefer 1-3 colors in each tutu 1/2- 1 inch sturdy elastic- I used 15 inches to make a tutu sided for a 1 year old
