The mana value is about right for this effect, though a bit intense on the blue for it

Its worth noting as well that you cant have more then 4 copies of any card, so anytime you would get a 5th card you get credits towards your vault which earns you wild cards

The question is: Which one is better

Most of the time you will be aiming for the draw though
